I’m very lucky to live and work as an artist in Wivenhoe near Colchester in north Essex…

Nearby Wivenhoe Quay is particularly beautiful; the tidal river, riverside walks, boats and pubs making it popular with locals and visitors alike.

The quay provided the inspiration for this series of pieces which includes a watercolour and several ink drawings of Wivenhoe Quay.
